B2B order request, invoice or SEPA payment.

Registration

Public registration runs through AVA Console. The request is forwarded to AVA after email confirmation.

Payment

Currently planned: bank transfer after invoice and SEPA direct debit after a separate mandate. PayPal may be added later.

SEPA

When a customer requests SEPA, AVA receives an email. The mandate PDF is sent manually and configured after signed return.

Renewal

Annual contracts are reminded one month before the end, monthly contracts one week before. Expired contracts can be locked at term end.
